Can I change or cancel my order?

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this time cannot be guaranteed.

Once your order is received, it may be returned for a full refund in accordance with our return policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional processing time during holidays and sale periods.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Orders ship the day after processing

  • We do not ship on weekends

Prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD. This means you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees once your order reaches its destination.
